It has been three weeks since the Back Britain’s Charities campaign launched in the media and the response has been hugely supportive – not only from the charity sector but from the business community and individual members of the public.
It has been incredible and humbling to hear anecdotal evidence directly from charities about the fantastic work they do, often for the most disadvantaged sectors of society. Now on our What you can do section there are some immediate, easy ways to help this campaign whether you’re a charity, company, individual or politician. Please take a look!
Pushing on the Small Donations Charitable Donations Bill has been a useful way of helping smaller charities get more from their donations, but there’s so much more to do.
